Arman Tsarukyan Dismisses Mauricio Ruffy’s High-Profile Preparation Ahead of UFC 331

Arman Tsarukyan stated he is unconcerned by Mauricio Ruffy's elite training preparations ahead of their co-main event clash at UFC 331.

Arman Tsarukyan has expressed a dismissive attitude toward the training methods of his upcoming opponent, Mauricio Ruffy. The two fighters are set to square off this Saturday in the co-main event of UFC 331 in Los Angeles, in a bout widely considered to be a title eliminator.

Ahead of the contest, Ruffy has reportedly sought out elite training partners to prepare for the high-stakes matchup, including work with current UFC champions. However, Tsarukyan remained unimpressed by these efforts when addressing the media. He emphasized his confidence in his own preparation and overall skill set, stating, 'I’m better everywhere.'

The five-round encounter serves as a pivotal moment for both contenders in the division. While Ruffy has pulled out all the stops to ensure he is ready for the technical and physical challenges Tsarukyan presents, the veteran competitor believes the pedigree of his opponent's sparring partners will not change the outcome of the fight. Tsarukyan remains focused on his own path to a title opportunity, viewing the addition of star-studded training partners as an insufficient variable to overcome the gap in skill he perceives between himself and Ruffy.
