MMA Reign is an independent fantasy sports platform where users can make predictions and participate in fantasy-style competitions based on mixed martial arts events.

The platform is designed for entertainment and community engagement purposes only.

MMA Reign is an independent fan-created platform and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) or its parent company Zuffa LLC.

The statistics and data presented on this platform are based solely on fights that have taken place within the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). Statistics do not include fights from other MMA organizations or promotions, even if the same fighters have competed in those organizations.

All trademarks, event names, and fighter names belong to their respective owners.

The core MMAReign game is free. Users can create an account, make Picks, build Draft rosters, enter official competitions, use core fighter statistics, and participate in the community without purchasing Premium.

No purchase is required to enter an official competition, and buying Premium does not improve a user's score, ranking, odds, or prize eligibility.

Premium is an optional digital subscription that unlocks the features described on the Premium page at the time of purchase.

• The current price is $5 USD per month, plus any tax shown at checkout.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. MMAReign does not receive or store full card details.
• The subscription renews automatically each month until canceled.
• Premium features do not affect competition scoring, ranking, or prize eligibility.

The price and billing interval shown in Stripe Checkout immediately before purchase control if they differ from older promotional copy.

You can cancel future renewal through the Stripe customer portal available from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and Premium access normally continues until that date.

If a payment fails, is reversed, remains incomplete, or becomes unpaid, Premium access may be suspended. Canceling does not automatically create a refund for an already-started billing period.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable statutory right of withdrawal. Contact us promptly through the Contact page if you wish to exercise such a right or believe a payment was made in error.

MMAReign is a prediction and fantasy platform, not a betting service. Users do not stake money on outcomes and cannot increase their chance of winning by paying MMAReign.

Specific competitions may offer prizes funded by MMAReign. Eligibility, ranking, ties, verification, and prize conditions may be described in the relevant competition rules. We may disqualify duplicate accounts, fraud, manipulation, or other unfair play.

Wallet balances are internal records of eligible prizes or adjustments; they are not bank accounts, deposits, or transferable funds. External prize payouts are not available until MMAReign launches a verified payout provider. A future payout may require identity, age, location, tax, and payment-provider verification.

To access certain features, users may be required to create an account.

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep their login credentials secure
• Not create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.

Users must not:

• Manipulate results
• Exploit technical bugs or errors
• Use automated scripts or bots
• Attempt to gain unfair advantages

Violations may result in account suspension or removal from competitions.

The platform may display:

• Fighter statistics
• Fight history
• Event schedules
• User predictions and rankings

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is always complete, accurate, or up to date.

All original content, design, scoring systems, and functionality of the platform belong to MMA Reign.

Third-party trademarks, event names, and fighter names remain the property of their respective owners.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not responsible for:

• Errors in statistics or event information
• Website downtime
• Data loss
• Decisions made based on the platform's content

The platform may be discontinued, paused, or permanently shut down at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to modify the platform, including features, scoring systems, or competition rules, at any time.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Danish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence.
