Following his impressive victory at UFC Vegas 121 on September 26, 2026, Luis Hernandez has been awarded a $100,000 performance bonus. The financial incentive acknowledges his standout effort during the event held at the Meta Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada. Hernandez secured a notable submission victory over Sedriques Dumas during the preliminary card, a performance that caught the attention of promotion officials for the evening's award distribution. This significant bonus represents a major career milestone for Hernandez, who was lauded for his finishing ability and execution on the regional and promotional stage. The payout stands as one of the highlights from the UFC Vegas 121 event, which also saw Raul Rosas Jr. solidify his standing in the bantamweight division with a knockout win in the main event. While Hernandez faced challenges during the lead-up to the contest regarding the weigh-in process, his clinical performance inside the cage ultimately earned him the additional compensation.
