Norma Dumont Labels UFC Vegas 121 Loss to Ailin Perez 'Absurd'

Norma Dumont has officially voiced her dissatisfaction following her performance at UFC Vegas 121 on Saturday, September 26, 2026. The matchup against rival Ailin Perez, which followed nearly three years of mounting animosity and social media exchanges, concluded with a result that Dumont firmly rejects. Speaking on the outcome, the fighter characterized the result as one of the biggest absurdities she has encountered during her professional career. The grudge match, which took place at the Meta Apex in Las Vegas, had been highly anticipated by fans due to the established bad blood between the two competitors. However, the event drew significant attention not only for the tactical outcome but also for the post-fight atmosphere, as security was required to intervene following the conclusion of the bout. While the official result stands, Dumont’s public comments highlight a continued divide regarding the fight's scoring and the nature of the defeat.
