Tommy McMillen received a $100,000 performance bonus for his active three-round effort at Noche UFC 4 in Glendale.
Featherweight prospect Tommy McMillen secured a significant financial boost following his appearance at Noche UFC 4, which took place Saturday, September 12, 2026, at the Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona. Following a grueling three-round contest, officials awarded McMillen a $100,000 performance bonus for his role in the slugfest.
McMillen’s victory contributed to a high-octane card that showcased several notable performances, including the featherweight main event where Jean Silva overcame early adversity to secure a submission victory over Jose Delgado. The additional bonus underscores the promotion's recognition of the high-action effort displayed by McMillen during his bout on the event's undercard.
For fantasy competitors, McMillen’s ability to consistently put on high-output, bonus-worthy performances makes him an increasingly valuable asset in rosters that reward high-volume striking and finish potential. His current trajectory following this latest win marks him as a fighter to monitor for future event projections.
