Undefeated Prospect Ivan Gnizditskiy Inks UFC Contract

Undefeated prospect Ivan Gnizditskiy has officially signed with the Ultimate Fighting Championship. The news of the signing, reported by Sherdog on October 16, 2026, confirms the athlete has secured a spot on the promotion's roster despite not making a formal appearance on Dana White’s Contender Series as originally scheduled.

Gnizditskiy enters the promotion with a perfect 7-0 professional record. Notably, the Russian fighter boasts a 100% finishing rate, having secured every one of his professional victories by stoppage. While his path to the UFC skipped the traditional Contender Series showcase, the promotion has clearly identified him as a talent worth adding to the bantamweight or featherweight ranks immediately.

His arrival marks another addition to the organization's developmental talent pool, though specific details regarding his promotional debut or weight class assignment have not yet been announced. Given his undefeated streak and history of finishing opponents, Gnizditskiy is expected to be an intriguing addition for fantasy managers looking for high-ceiling prospects in the lower weight classes, provided he can maintain his finishing efficiency against the heightened level of competition within the UFC.
