Undefeated Prospect Jacobe Smith Steps in to Face Randy Brown at UFC Vegas 123

Undefeated welterweight prospect Jacobe Smith has been tapped for a significant opportunity on short notice. Smith will step in to face veteran Randy Brown in the co-main event of UFC Vegas 123, which is scheduled to take place on Saturday, October 31, 2026, at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada. The news, first reported by Heavy.com, confirms that Smith will have 12 days to prepare for the contest following a change to the original bout lineup. Brown, who remains on the card, will look to fend off the rising prospect in a high-stakes divisional matchup. Smith brings an unblemished record into the cage, aiming to capitalize on this promotion to a co-main event slot. The event serves as part of the promotion's Halloween weekend programming.
